Job summary

Lowe's invites you to join our team as a Customer Service Associate across the United States. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will also stock merchandise, assist with locating items, and may cross-train in other departments to deliver exceptional service. A helpful bilingual ability is a plus and familiarity with basic retail tech is desirable.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
