Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the United States. You will warmly welcome customers, help them find products, and support their home improvement needs across departments.

You’ll engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure merchandise is well organized and available. Your role may include loading merchandise, assisting with checkouts, and supporting other store areas as needed.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer with basic software.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties that may require lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., paint tinting, cutting, bundling).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
