Job summary

Lowe’s in the United States is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and resolve home improvement questions. You will work in a store environment, assist with locating items, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
