Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Atlanta team. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with products, managing rentals, and ensuring equipment is ready for use.

You’ll use U-Scan technology to track inventory and assist customers from the showroom to the yard. The role includes handling inquiries, preparing invoices, and assisting with setup such as hitch installation and propane refilling.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience or ability to assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use mobile tech to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products.
