Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service and assist customers on their journeys. You will inspect and maintain equipment, use U-Scan technology to dispatch rentals, and help customers with inquiries.

The role includes working with a supportive team, handling rentals, and performing safety-related equipment inspections. A fast-paced environment with opportunities for on-the-job education and advancement is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and ensure safety.
