Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in College Park, GA. You will assist customers in-store and remotely, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

You will inspect equipment, answer questions, and prepare invoices. Certifications for propane filling and forklift operation are offered on employment, with ongoing U-Haul University education and inclusive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well with customers and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
