Job summary

Tower Loan is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Slidell, LA. This on-site, full-time role supports customer relationships, processes payments, and promotes loan solutions. Workweek is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional extended hours incl. Saturdays to meet branch needs.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
• Cash handling or sales experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities such as mail, filing, and supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
