Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Queen Creek, Arizona. You will be the face of exceptional service, assisting customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment operations while using U-Scan technology to dispatch and return inventory.

The role includes on-the-job education, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. A part-time position with duties at the local U-Haul center is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment.
