U-Haul International, Inc. in Glendale, AZ is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers with rentals, operate U-Scan tech to manage inventory, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, educating customers on offerings, and handling invoices and returns. On-the-job education and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
