Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer for basic tasks.
• Minimum 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., mixing paint, cutting materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
