Job summary

Lowe's in Missouri is looking for a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

This part-time role offers opportunities to assist across departments, develop customer service skills, and participate in Lowe's benefits programs including health insurance, tuition assistance, and a company-matching 401(k).

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
