Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating and selecting merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting and retrieving information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual duties.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood handling).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
