Job summary

U-Haul in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan technology to dispatch and return rentals. This on-site role offers on-the-job education and a strong team environment.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
