Job summary

Laundry Capital, operating Laundromax laundromats, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate at our Bronx location (2601 E Tremont Ave, NY 10461). You will assist customers with card use, machine selection, and wash-and-fold orders, and operate the register.

Maintain neat shelves and report stock needs to management. We value friendly, professional communication, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues required.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Accurately operate the register or point-of-sale system.
• Keep retail items stocked and report inventory needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and address safety concerns with supervision.
• Provide friendly, professional service and resolve customer questions.
