Qualifications

• Customer service experience or equivalent emphasis on delivering a world-class experience.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work with associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and discounts per SOP, and secure cash and documents.
• Use suggestive selling techniques and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist with replenishing merchandise, store layout, recovery, housekeeping, and maintaining floor stock and fitting rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of product information, POS instructions, promotions and advertising.
