Job summary

K&G Fashion Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance the customer experience across our family of stores. The role involves processing purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits while ensuring cash security and accurate transactions.

You will engage customers with suggestive selling, respond to inquiries, and help replenish merchandise, maintain store layout, and monitor floor stock and fitting rooms, while staying current on product promotions and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a culture of customer obsession.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work with associates at all levels and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle SOPs for purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and cash handling.
• Use suggestive selling techniques when assisting customers and addressing inquiries.
• Assist with replenishing merchandise, store layout, recovery, housekeeping, and floor stock monitoring.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge, POS instructions, and promotions.
