Responsibilities

• Handle purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and discounted transactions per SOP, while securing cash and negotiable documents.
• Incorporate suggestive selling techniques when assisting customers and addressing inquiries.
• Assist with replenishing merchandise, store layout, housekeeping, and floor stock monitoring.
