Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment by identifying empty shelves and restocking.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/bundle materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
