Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in our store to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will assist with locating merchandise, answering questions, and processing orders with accuracy while maintaining friendly service throughout the day.

The role involves standing, moving inventory, and potentially loading merchandise. A willingness to learn across departments and deliver exceptional customer care is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for basic tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance customer service.
• Prepare departmental merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
