You will engage with customers, assist with product selection, and perform stocking and checkout tasks as part of a dynamic retail team. The role emphasizes friendly service, adaptability across departments, and a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimum lift of 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
