Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Vicksburg, MS. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience, with hands-on training and development from day one.

You will manage POS transactions, assist with payments, and participate in community events while maintaining accuracy and high service standards. A full-time schedule includes weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Participate in in-store events and community outreach to promote the brand.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Uphold security and opening/closing procedures, including cash drawer management.
