Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, dispatch and return equipment, and participate in ongoing U-Haul education.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and use new technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and fill propane when certified.
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul).
