Mid Valley Disposal is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kerman, CA. This full-time clerical role involves handling a high-volume of calls and inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records.

You will contribute to a positive, efficient customer experience while upholding company policies and service standards. Typical duties include assisting with billing questions, service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required.
• Experience in waste management, utilities, or logistics is a plus.
