Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, call center or high-volume environment preferred.
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
• Strong computer skills including CRM systems, typing and data entry.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule plumbing service appointments.
• Use proven call scripts while maintaining a natural, personable tone.
• Build rapport with customers and create a positive first impression.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our system.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support outbound calling efforts to follow up and maximize booking opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance.
