Speedy Glass in Wasilla, AK is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. You will greet customers, quote and prepare work orders, and process payments in a fast-paced shop environment.

You’ll schedule work, resolve customer requests, open/close the branch, and maintain accurate daily financial records while supporting a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• State-issued driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Quote, prepare work orders and invoices, and receive payment for services.
• Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
• Resolve customer requests promptly and efficiently.
• Open and close the branch; ensure daily financial records are accurate.
