Job summary

Speedy Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Wasilla, AK store. This full-time role offers a set Monday–Friday schedule with pay competitive to experience level.

You will be the face of the branch, delivering outstanding service, quoting and invoicing, handling payments, scheduling work orders, and assisting with daily financial records. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical Requirements: Sitting/computer use for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
• Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
• Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
• Perform all other duties as assigned
