Job summary

Speedy Glass in Wasilla, AK is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. You will greet customers, quote and prepare work orders, and process payments in a fast-paced shop environment.

You’ll schedule work, resolve customer requests, open/close the branch, and maintain accurate daily financial records while supporting a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• State-issued driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.

Speedy Glass is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our store in Wasilla, AK!

Our Customer Service Representative opportunity comes with competitive pay depending on experience.
This role is full-time with a set schedule Monday-Friday.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will

• Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
• Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
• Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You will need

• State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: Sitting/computer use for extended periods of time
