Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills and experience with POS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn tasks quickly and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must have open availability for multiple shifts across district stores.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS and fuel console accurately; handle payments and cash.
• Process sales transactions swiftly and maintain register accuracy.
• Sell products through upselling and engaging customer service.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety; maintain a neat appearance and uniform.
• Stock shelves, check perishables, and assist with deliveries.
• Follow all policies including age restrictions and store policies.
• Support night shift duties including cleaning and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
