Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret tariffs, manuals, and safety handbooks; able to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Must be able to apply and be issued a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Card).

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email regarding rates, routing, and interline procedures.
• Process Bills of Lading; enter data into the system; support barge and cargo booking activities.
• Assist with billing audits and ensure accuracy of customer invoices; maintain high-level customer service.
