Job summary

Kohl’s in the United States is seeking a Sales Supervisor who will lead, coach and supervise associates while delivering excellent customer service and executing store processes with efficiency.

You will train staff on POS operations, transactions, merchandising standards, and cash handling; you will use KPIs to drive results and support store goals, while maintaining Kohl’s brand standards and loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to coach to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support the team in storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates on POS and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Support training on merchandising, product knowledge and brand standards.
• Assist with inventory accuracy through proper disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash processes including register balancing and cash handling.
