RC Willey in Meridian, ID seeks a friendly Customer Service Phone Representative to assist customers by phone. In this fast-paced role you will handle inquiries, process orders, and provide solutions while upholding RC Willey's high standards.

Strong communication and detail-oriented approach are essential. The position offers a full-time schedule with shifting hours (9:30am–6pm and 11:30am–8pm) and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service, and store departments.
• Follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• All other duties as assigned.

Shift Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week.
• Open shift: 9:30am - 6pm
• Closing shift: 11:30am - 8pm
• Saturday's alternate shifts.
