Job summary

RC Willey is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate for our Furniture Clearance department in Orem, UT. You will greet customers, identify their needs and guide them to discounted furniture options while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You’ll follow up with customers, maintain RC Willey’s high standards of professionalism, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. If you enjoy helping people realize “their home, their way,” this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essential.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals.
• Dependable, presentable and personable with the public.
• Basic computer and typing skills needed.
