Job summary

RC Willey is seeking a personable Sales Associate to assist customers in the Furniture department in Sacramento, CA. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, and offer tailored recommendations to help them create “their home, their way.”

During the first 3 months you’ll earn a training wage of $25 per hour, then move to an hourly rate with the potential for a lucrative incentive based on sales performance. RC Willey provides benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales experience is helpful, but a great attitude is essential.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals.
• Dependable, presentable and personable with the public.
• Basic computer and typing skills needed.
• Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks.

You’ll also follow up with customers through callbacks, client cards, and thank-you notes to ensure satisfaction. We’re looking for a motivated individual who is committed to providing exceptional service and upholding RC Willey’s high standards of professionalism and customer care.

Compensation during the first 3-months will be paid a training wage of $25 per hour. After training is complete, our sales associates will earn an hourly rate and have the potential to earn a lucrative incentive based on sales performance.
