Job summary

RC Willey’s Flooring Department seeks a Customer Service Representative to assist customers, contractors, and internal teams at the South Salt Lake distribution center. You will schedule installations, print contracts, and manage documentation for contractor projects.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, data entry, and resolving installation issues while maintaining accuracy and timely communication with all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams while adapting communication style as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, follow-through, and ability to meet daily goals.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

• Coordinate flooring installation and repair schedules with customers, contractors, and support teams.
• Prepare and print flooring contracts and assemble all required documentation for contractors’ scheduled installations.
• Address and resolve customer concerns related to flooring installation issues.
• Perform accurate data entry, document management, filing, and claims processing.
• All other duties as assigned

Flooring Customer Service - South Salt Lake RC Willey is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Flooring Department. This role works closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure schedules, documentation, and customer concerns are handled accurately and efficiently.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Saturday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with Sundays and one additional weekday off each week

Location: Carpet/Flooring Distribution Center (2301 South 300 West, South Salt Lake City, UT 84115)
