Job summary

RC Willey is seeking a detail-oriented Special Order Processor to support furniture purchases. You will create purchase orders, generate SKUs, and collaborate with vendors, buyers, and sales teams for seamless order processing.

Eligible candidates will have strong customer service, cash handling, and multi-tasking abilities, with proficiency in basic computer tools and accurate typing. Background checks and a pre-employment drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase and special orders for RC Willey vendors.
• Generate and maintain accurate product SKUs.
• Support the purchasing department with clerical tasks.
• Resolve purchase order issues with buyers and accounts payable.
• Partner with Inventory Analysts to optimize order management.
• Coordinate orders with receiving, traffic, and delivery teams.
• Communicate order status with factories, sales reps, and customers.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen performed.

Special Order Processor - Furniture RC Willey is looking for a detail-oriented Special Order Processor to support with furniture purchases. In this role, you’ll create purchase orders, generate SKUs, and collaborate with vendors, buyers, and sales teams to ensure seamless order processing. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM (flexible start and end times)
