Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and present the right paint and related products. You will resolve questions, process transactions, and help meet monthly sales goals while maintaining store presentation.

Role involves standing, lifting, and potential evening/weekend shifts with benefits including health options and paid time away. Bilingual abilities are a plus and helpful for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and sales skills to meet store goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle merchandise and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and recommend products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to store policies.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Stay informed on product features and options to upsell where appropriate.
