Qualifications

• 3 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment or problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
• Good attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Good mathematical skills

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and generate quotes for our customers
• Respond to customer emails and requests in a timely, helpful manner
• Be the primary contact for any issues from customers and production
• Ensure all production information is complete and accurate for orders
