Qualifications

• Strong math skills including basic calculations.
• Excellent listening and comprehension abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take orders via phone, fax, mail, and email and process orders.
• Handle a high volume of calls (up to 120–150 per day).
• Ensure timely shipping within 24–48 hours.
• Coordinate with internal departments and sales teams.
• Verify customer accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Convert measurements and pricing units as needed.
• File paperwork and maintain accurate order data.
