Job summary

Pratt Beloit Corrugating, LLC seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Beloit, Wisconsin.

In this role you will coordinate orders and billing, maintain customer files, assist sales, and communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve issues while meeting deadlines and service targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders from customers or sales reps.
• Place orders on timely basis for materials and supplies to be used in production.
• Process billing, new items, and purchase orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and follow up with internal/external personnel.
• Forward confirmations – Order Acknowledgements, ASN, and COA’s.
• Maintain customer files.
• Coordinate accounting credits.
• Record and distribute customer order changes.
• Assist sales personnel on customer accounts and help generate supplemental sales.
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability and correct min/max levels.
• Analyze monthly usages and restocking per customer.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
