Job summary

Medial Group in the United States and Puerto Rico seeks an Associate I – Customer Service to support sales orders and inventory management across hospitals, clinics, and physicians.

Under supervision, you will process orders, assist with product availability, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues for timely delivery.

Candidates need a High School Diploma and 2+ years of customer service; an Associate Degree is preferred, with biotech/medical device exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years in customer service.
• Associate degree preferred in related field.
• Experience in biotech/medical devices is a plus.
• Experience with sales orders and inventory is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales order and inventory support to sales force and customers.
• Process and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Support hospitals, clinics, physicians with product/service requests.
• Maintain accurate order/inventory documentation and follow procedures.
