Job summary

CVS Health in Pennsylvania is seeking an Operations Support Associate to maintain accurate files for medical device inventory, including infusion and enteral pumps, and procure supplies in line with company policies.

The role collaborates with pharmacy and sales teams, performs cycle counts, coordinates device returns for maintenance, and communicates with patients when needed, with a 40-hour work week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in an assistant management, distribution, warehouse or related work environment.
• 1+ years working knowledge with computers, including knowledge of basic Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time tracking and inventory of infusion and enteral pumps and related devices.
• Ensure proper storage, shipping, and maintenance schedules are followed.
• Track and maintain paper records and store in the operating system.
• Perform cycle counts as defined by leadership.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, sales, and operations to meet safety standards.
• Organize returns of devices for scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate returns or exchanges with patients or caregivers.
• Support the operational workflow for managing infusion or enteral devices.
