Qualifications

• Experience in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Be one point of contact for rep agencies and customers.
• Interact with customers, manufacturer’s reps, the Tigre Sales Team and other departments by phone, email, fax and mail.
• Coordinate and follow up on inter-departmental hand-offs to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Owns order entry process; prepare all incoming purchase orders, including checking prices and part numbers, enter into Excel and Oracle, and send order acknowledgement.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication of order status.
• Prepare invoices for returned goods authorization (RMA).
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
