TIGRIS Aquatic Services LLC is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team of outdoor enthusiasts delivering surface water management solutions across the US. This role focuses on connecting our services with clients who value sustainability and excellence.

You will answer calls and emails, manage orders and invoicing, support sales with quotes and contracts, and collaborate with local branch leadership on back-office tasks and logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, billing, and sales support.
• Proficiency with ERP IT systems.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Able to take initiative and work independently.
• Effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Ability to partner with employees, management and cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and provide general information for all customers and sales team; troubleshoot customer issues and ensure first call resolution; create tickets, follow up and close inquiries.
• Maintain and complete Approved quotes for the GA branch as they come in.
• Enter and manage all customer invoicing for your assigned branch.
• Set up WO’s and dispatch to Operations Manager.
• Aid sales team with quotes/orders, bids, service contracts, and other projects.
• Maintain and update all Auto Renewal Contracts for the GA Office and send notifications annually.
• Field questions on services and billing; route to Ops if unknown.
• Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Answer main office phone and distribute messages to the appropriate employees.
• Coordinate COI requests and distribution.
• Manage A/R collections and data accuracy in customer database.
• Complete paperwork per department procedures.
