Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service or front office experience.
• Proficient use of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Team-oriented and highly motivated.
• Experience using SAP (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer service backup coverage by being proficient in Steelscape product offerings, capabilities, and procedures.
• Enter customer orders into order management software according to policy and procedures, including order confirmations.
• Generate, update, and load customer reports regularly.
• Follow up on orders, review held coils, clarify orders, track delayed shipments, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Prepare or update quotes using the web quote system.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements.
