Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Florida to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage incoming calls. You will respond to basic inquiries, provide quotes, and enter orders by phone, fax, email, or in person at the counter.

You will help maintain inventory, source products, and determine cost-effective shipping while working with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication and detail-orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in (counter sales).
• Negotiates sale price and purchase price within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements.
• Determines cost-effective shipping methods and sources inventory from branch, DC, or supplier.
