Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main link between customers and the sales team. You will coordinate order fulfillment, schedule dispatches, and assist inquiries from customers and sales staff to ensure accurate invoicing and timely service.

The role requires at least one year of related experience and offers the opportunity to work with a range of teams while contributing to profitability analyses and quality programs within an ISO-certified environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and dispatch installers; assist customers and sales personnel who call for service.
• Review completed jobs to analyze profitability.
