Job summary

Rite-Hite Company LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the key conduit between customers and our sales department. The role focuses on coordinating order fulfillment, working with Sales, customers, and vendors to submit orders for equipment and parts, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

The position also involves coordinating installers' schedules, assisting customers and sales staff who call for service, and reviewing completed jobs to analyze profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in field service is helpful.
• Commitment to quality.
• Experience in ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment in the assigned area with Sales, customers, and vendors.
• Coordinate schedules and dispatch installers.
• Assist customers and sales personnel who call in to request service.
