Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is assisting an international organization in identifying a Customer Service Specialist for its U.S. distribution office.

You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery updates while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires experience in customer service or order management, familiarity with NetSuite, and strong communication skills in English with potential Spanish bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or order management experience is required.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills; quick to learn software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for distributors and customers.
• Answer inbound calls and process orders accurately within company systems.
• Allocate orders based on inventory and verify stock levels.
• Coordinate with shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, questions, and complaints professionally.
• Follow up on inquiries and provide prompt updates.
• Communicate order status, shipment details, and delivery timelines to clients.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
