Job summary

Höganäs in North America is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support Johnstown, PA with future work-from-home options. You will process customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, and coordinate with Account Managers on lead times and product availability.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing and shipping knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers customer inquiries and general questions.
• Works with Account Managers to handle customer issues and complaints.
• Assists manufacturing with production planning through communication with customers about future material needs, product availability, and forecasts.
• Monitors late shipments for the Vice President, Supply Chain.
• Coordinates early shipment authorizations to ensure orders meet delivery schedules.
• Communicates with Shipping, Receiving, and Quality Control to coordinate information for orders.
• Records and processes customer shipping documentation.
• Maintains a safe working environment for themselves and others.
• Displays leadership capabilities in all aspects of their work.
• Shows awareness of requirements to ensure Höganäs sustainability.
