Qualifications

• ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and credits.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, shipping status, and technical documentation.
